Anterior and posterior segment pathologies
The research team is involved in numerous national and international multicenter clinical trials involving patients with age-related macular degeneration (wet and dry), diabetic retinopathy, high myopia, retinal venous occlusions, retinopathy of the premature, uveitis and dry eye, neuro-ophthalmologic pathologies, keratoconus, and glaucoma.

Systemic pathologies with ocular involvement
The research team is engaged in clinical trials involving patients with cortical dementia (posterior brain atrophy), genetic diseases (Williams-Beuren syndrome, familial cerebral angiomatosis, thalassemia, Ehlers-Danlos), Basedow's disease
