Grant Office

The Grant Office offers support to researchers in designing, managing, and reporting research projects. It also facilitates the regular dissemination of information regarding the publication and nature of calls for proposals.

The Grant Office monitors and promotes funding opportunities, promoting calls for proposals within the hospital in a targeted manner, according to the various disciplinary contexts, and conducting an analysis of emerging sectors and new tools for research development and funding.

Monitoring the correct use of funds, preparing interim and final financial reports for expenses incurred, in compliance with the requirements established by the individual Funding Institution, and providing supporting documentation, where requested, are all actions that make the Grant Office the primary administrative contact for Funding Institutions.

During second-level external audits, it assists the Economic and Financial Management staff in responding to the required inquiries.

During the application process, you can contact the Grant Office for:

• creating the research project budget (e.g., personnel costs, third-party inclusion, etc.);
• support in submitting the funding application to the Funding Institutions' Portals;
• support in writing specific sections on management, communication, and research project partnership structure;
• searching for partners
