If you are resident in Lombardia, you can consult your report online by following the following link https://www.fascicolosanitario.regione.lombardia.it/ 

If you consult the report online, you are also exempt from the payment envisaged in the event of failure to collect the report within 30 days from the date indicated on the form.

The reports that you can consult online are:

  • Specialist Examination Report
  • Laboratory Report (excluding Pap, histological and cytological tests and prenatal diagnosis tests)
  • Radiology Report
  • Emergency Department Report
  • Hospital Discharge Letter

At the counter

Attention! The procedures for pick up the reports are indicated on the form issued after the visit or examination.

At the time of collection it is therefore important to bring with you the form issued after the visit or exam and an identity document. In case of delegation, the document of both the owner and the delegate is indispensable.

The results are not communicated by telephone in compliance with the privacy legislation.
