Updates to the list Benefactors of the Pietro Canetta, 1886-1929

The study of Pietro Canetta, Elenco, storico biografico, dei Benefattori dell'Ospedale Maggiore di Milano 1456-1886 was later updated with Benefattori 1886 to 1929, in different publications biennial, drawn up for the first year and then by the same Canetta and then Pio Pecchiai (Ospedale Maggiore archivist from 1909 to 1931). Starting from the 1917-1919 biennium, next to the names of benefactors have published their portraits. This involves changing the header in the last two years I Benefattori dell’Ospedale Maggiore nell’ultimo biennio ed i nuovi ritratti.
The various issues are presented here in one volume, bound in the 50s and accompanied by a general index to manuscript consecutively numbered (not referring to the number of pages) corresponding to the names of the donors presented in the alphabetical order.
